Atherton Forged Iron Chandelier 6-Light

The matte black finish really lets the sweeping silhouette of those six arms stand out — it reads more sculptural than I expected for the price. Installation took two of us about an hour, and the forged texture hides fingerprints beautifully.

The hand-worked iron gives each arm a slightly different curve, which makes the whole piece feel more like a custom fixture than a catalog item. Six candles put out a warm, even glow over our dining table, and the matte black finish hides dust surprisingly well.

I was a little nervous ordering a light fixture sight unseen, but the sweeping candle arms have such an organic curve that it instantly became the focal point of the dining room. The matte black finish is even richer in person, catching just enough light to show the hammered texture.
