The open-ended shades really do cast a nice, soft glow across the whole room—not harsh at all. I chose the neutral finish and it blends perfectly with my décor.

I was a bit worried about installation, but the sleek finish of the metal arms makes it look much more modern than I expected. The light is soft and even, just as the description promised, and it really brightens up our dining area without being harsh.

The light from these shades is so even, no harsh spots anywhere on the table. I hung it over our dining room and it instantly made the space feel warmer without being too bright. The neutral shades look great against the dark metal finish too.
